Contact and enquiry form
If you contact us via the enquiry form or the configurator, we process the data you provide (name, email, optionally phone, company, dates, message and configuration) to handle your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). The data is sent to us by email and deleted once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Applications
We process application documents sent via the careers page solely to carry out the application process (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If no employment relationship results, we delete the documents no later than seven months after the process ends, unless you have consented to longer storage.
Sending emails
We use the SMTP server of [name of email provider] to send form messages. [A data processing agreement] is in place with the provider.
Server log files and hosting
When you visit the website, our hosting provider [name of host] processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To prevent spam, your IP address is briefly processed in memory when submitting forms.
Cookies and local storage
For technical reasons we store in your browser (local storage) whether you have already seen the intro screen and which cookie choice you made. Google Analytics statistics cookies are only set if you agree in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Google Analytics
With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 165(3) TKG 2021) we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to analyse how the website is used, such as pages viewed, time spent, approximate location, device type and submitted forms (without their content). GA4 does not store IP addresses. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The data is deleted after [14 months]. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. To exercise them, contact office@fs-security.at. If you believe the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
